I grew up in the mid-west my father was a steel worker my mother a waitress my childhood years were the 50's and the 60's and you know looking back on it now those were great years to be an AMERICAN.
The country was vibrant proud and strong and we had faith in our elected politicians to do right by us. But unfortunately our economy grew, businesses grew and in the 60's Corporate American Giants were born GE, Litton, Phillips Petroleum, US Steel, GM, Ford just to name a few. It was good Kennedy was President and the American people were for the most part content and then Vietnam came along a commitment we will never forget but it created millions of jobs. Kennedy was assassinated and Lyndon Johnson took over the Presidency and stepped up the war in Vietnam costing thousands of American lives but the economy grew stronger even with all the antiwar protest and unrest and that is when Big Business took control of the politicians which controlled our rights and freedoms. This once great American ideal We the People By the People and For the People nation started becoming We the Government By the paid for Legislators and For the Corporations and we lost our Pride, Our Privileges, Diminished our Patriotism and started the decaying of our Prosperity. The following years just multiplied this 10 fold and now we are faced with another election of these wealthy fat cats for the 2012 election.
All the candidates have money and there are currently 261 millionaires in Congress while the middle hard working grass root Americans can barely make ends meet in an economy that is out sourced to third world countries to make a bigger profit while we who fought and died for this country go to hell because of entitlement cuts, higher taxes, and Corporate American exempt from the process.
Well I don't know about you but I am sick and damn tired of the Governments Special interest groups running this country and I WANT AMERICA BACK. Restoring the PRIDE, restoring our Constitutional Rights and PRIVILEGES, putting the PATRIOT back in PATRIOTISM and finally returning the country back to PROSPERITY. Remember our fore fathers wrote WE THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE AND FOR THE PEOPLE this is our heritage lets put the PEOPLE BACK INTO GOVERNMENT they work for us Make America Great Again. Vote An American Independent for President
