We need to fix our congress.
1. Set new term limits for congress and senate
2. Establish line item veto's for budgets and spending bills
3. Set rules and penalties for congressional attendance
4. Set new travel guidelines for congressional business trips
5. Reset mandatory basic education national studies
6. Revisit national emergency response plans for military, pandemic and
natural disasters
7. Balance budget amendments
8. Pay down national debt with trade tariffs
9. Vet cabinet members for experience before confirming
10. Refund the police and help with staffing
11. Reinstate energy industry
