Congress is still playing games with all our monies Taxes, Benefits, Social Security, Medicare and most of all the Stupid Stupid Health Bill. We the people can eliminate the outrageous outstanding debt congress has created by using common sense.
We can reduce and balance our budget and save our Social benefits by a few simple changes.
1. Impose a flat income tax of 15%, 10%, 5% on all income earned with no deductions.
2. Raise Social Security tax by 1% for individuals and 1% for employers with no cap all monies taxed.
3. Medicare at 3.5% for everyone and no option out.
4. Penalize Corporations for outsourcing jobs out of country
5. Eliminate the Congress retirement cushion and make them participate in the Social Security system the same as all other Americans
By doing these Five simple things everyone is truly equal the budget would be balanced and a surplus created while reducing administration cost by hundreds of millions of dollars just in the IRS alone. The individuals taxes will be the same all the time and eliminate fraud and tax evasion.
In order to do this we need strong grassroots support and new blood in Congress. Eliminate more than two terms served so we can have fresh ideas put in front of the people instead of the same old moldy policies.
